Custom body kits are designed and manufactured just for your car. They are unique single pieces that are made just for you. This makes them much more expensive. Also it is a much more involved process to get custom body kits made than to get an off the shelf body kit.

If you must have a custom body kit the first stage would be to design a body kit that is to your liking. You will probably need to do this with a custom body kits professional just as one chooses the interior of ones house in consultation with an interior designer.
